Bring anything you believe is necessary to support your medical claim for an increase. To ensure that you and your doctor are on the same page, please use ask for the required documents ahead of time.
What to Bring?
For In-Person Appointments:
- Any medical history documents related to your condition.
- However, if you already uploaded this information to VetVantage, there is no need to bring physical copies
For Telehealth Appointments
- No physical documents are needed since your medical provider will have access to your uploaded files digitally
Important Note:
- Your medical provider will have access to both the summarized and the original version of the document you uploaded to your VetVantage account.
- If you believe additional information is needed, upload it to VetVantage, and your provider will be able to review it digitally
